| 21 Promotions is currently organizing a statewide rock talent contest. Eight regions in Pennsylvania will be targeted. Each of the 8 regional contests will be broadcast on several college radio stations. A & R of 21 Promotions as well as music directors and celebrity judges will giving live feedback on the air. The listening audience will cast votes for favorites via email and call-ins. If you are a rock artist or represent a rock band, you will be given an oportunity to submit your CD project to be aired for vote. Regional Prizes Media exposure -
